As boring as being home with nothing to do it is still nice sometimes. However, nothing to do is a little bit of a stretch given that I do have things to do but am putting all of that off. Karen is at work today - so Iris has been hanging with dad all morning. She is currently taking a nap. Her sleeping schedule is all screwed up after the trip home but she is starting to normalize some.
Did not go and look at houses yesterday - who know that not many open houses the weekend before Christmas especially in our price range. It probably does not help that most of the houses in our price range have been on the market for many, many months.
Have some plans in mind for when Iris gets up from her nap but who knows if they will hold. Will hopefully go and visit Great Grandma Metzler but who knows if that will work out.
Wisconsin may be getting hit with some winter weather again on Christmas Eve with wintery mix and then on Christmas Day with snow. However the meteorologist cannot say for sure at this time. Imagine that they actually admitted to not knowing what the weather will be like in 3-4 days instead of making something up.
