So we had Jeremy's cousin Jason (who is the lead cabinet maker for a high end custom home builder) go through the house. The ppl that live in the house definitly did the basement themselves and it was not done well. And they jacked the price up 40,000 after finishing the basement! Plus house was priced high to begin with, and compared to some other houses/properties it is priced high. We are going to wait and have Jeremy go through the house in April, but we dont know if the sellers will like our top offer... if not we'll just have to wait for another house to roll around.
That is the house update. Right now the Spartans are playing. Badgers to start there game soon, but won't be on TV because Spartans are on. GO RED.
